TL;DR
Multi-lingual Customer Success Manager (F&B): Guiding F&B and Retail clients to success by managing and updating their loyalty programs and providing excellent customer service. Focus on improving loyalty campaigns based on performance, brainstorming about new features, and suggesting strategies tailored to client needs.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Work timings will be as follows 12.30pm to 10.00pm.

What you will do
- Own the overall relationship with assigned clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use the product effectively.
- Ensure Customer satisfaction by proactively addressing customer issues and concerns.
- Aid clients in achieving their goals, improving their loyalty campaigns, and suggesting new strategies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional features, services or high-tier plans to existing customers.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for their needs and feedback.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success (in SaaS companies or Tech startups preferably).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and detail oriented, analytical and creative thinker.
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
- Perfect English skills.
- Proficiency in an additional language is preferred (French/ Spanish / Nordic Languages).
- Knowledge of the F&B and Retail industries, and of customer engagement and loyalty solutions is a plus.
