What you will do

• Define and implement global Go-to-Market strategy for direct and partner channels.
• Lead product marketing to translate complex features into value-driven stories for EHS leaders.
• Oversee content creation and demand generation strategies (SEO, SEM, social) to drive high-quality leads.
• Empower sales and partners with essential tools and "Marketing-in-a-Box" kits.
• Lead competitive intelligence, event strategy, and analyst/PR relations to position hirify.global as a category leader.
• Guard the hirify.global brand, manage internal communications, and mentor a team of marketing specialists.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Industrial Tech marketing.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing Marketing teams.
• Understanding of the EHS market landscape.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese & English; another European language is a plus.
• Ability to travel 5 to 10% of the time.
