What you will do

  • Build, define, and implement sales strategy for the EMEA sales team, managing operations from prospecting to customer conversion.
  • Identify market fit for the proposition and make strategic changes to improve performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring clear expectations are established, communicated, and documented.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing Sales team by example.
  • Cultivate relationships with C-level and senior executives within the logistics industry and represent the company at various events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction, ensure business growth opportunities, and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated, successful track record with a minimum of 8+ years B2B experience selling directly to large enterprise customers.
  • 5+ years of people managing experience, including P&L ownership, developing, and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Experience with MEDDPIC or other similar sales frameworks and ability to coach sellers through the sales cycle.
  • Standout experience leading SaaS and Services contract negotiations with C-levels, technical teams, and legal teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, high autonomy, and accountability; ability to thrive in a very fast-paced, scale-up environment.
