What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic provider communications plan aligned with organizational priorities and provider needs.
• Craft clear, engaging messages across email, SMS, in-app, and web to support new features, workflows, and initiatives.
• Create and maintain a centralized communications calendar in partnership with Clinical Operations and Product.
• Tailor content and messaging for distinct provider segments and personas.
• Elevate the provider storytelling strategy with informative and actionable content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure provider communications are consistent, timely, and aligned with broader engagement goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in communications, content marketing, or provider engagement, ideally within healthcare or health tech.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills with a portfolio of multi-channel content.
• Experience building segmented communications strategies across varied personas or professional roles.
• Proficiency with tools such as Iterable, Braze or similar for email, SMS, and in-app messaging.
• Highly collaborative with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
