What you will do
- Lead end-to-end production workflows for cross-functional brand projects from initial scoping to final delivery.
- Architect detailed production plans, considering creative development cycles, vendor lead times, and rigorous review processes.
- Support high-impact media campaigns by partnering with Paid Media teams on vendor sourcing, material specifications, and logistics.
- Orchestrate video and photo production shoots, managing everything from location scouting to post-production workflows.
- Collaborate with the Events Manager to ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints.
- Build cross-functional bridges with Product Marketing and Revenue Marketing to align production deliverables.
- Manage a world-class vendor network, sourcing and negotiating with photographers, videographers, and printers.
- Maintain crystal-clear communication with leadership and marketing stakeholders using project tracking systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in production management, project management, or creative operations.
- Deep production expertise across multiple mediums, including video, photography, print, and out-of-home advertising.
- Prior experience in SaaS, software, or high-growth technology companies.
- Proven track record of vendor management, including contract negotiation and budget management.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and production tracking systems.
- Strong organizational leadership with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining the highest brand and quality standards.
- Expertise in creative workflows to bridge the gap between initial strategy and final execution.
