What you will do
- Welcome and onboard new community members, encouraging ongoing participation and facilitating discussions.
- Partner with the Events team to plan and execute virtual, in-person, and hybrid community events.
- Design and execute flagship community programs that foster recognition, advocacy, and belonging.
- Build and manage a pipeline of customer stories, testimonials, and case studies.
- Manage activity in online forums and digital community platforms, sharing news and updates.
- Track program health and recommend scalable approaches to strengthen community marketing impact.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, community marketing, or related roles.
- Proven ability to build and scale community or customer-facing programs in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Strong event planning, vendor sourcing, and/or production experience (in-person and virtual).
- Strong experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Content, and Comms.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead multiple workstreams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for story and voice.
Nice to have
- Experience with advisory boards, advocacy programs, or customer councils.
- Familiarity with community platforms and tools (such as Gradual, Bettermode, Discourse, or Salesforce).
