What you will do

• Partner with the global Talent team to identify and engage exceptional candidates across a wide range of business functions.
• Manage interview scheduling for the US team, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the physical onboarding process for new hires in NY.
• Act as the local point person for the Marketing team to support the execution of industry events and recruitment meetups.
• Support the People team in organizing internal initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and team connectivity.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, operations, or a coordination-heavy role; experience in a high-growth SaaS environment is an advantage.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack). Experience with an ATS (Ashby preferred) or LinkedIn Recruiter is highly desirable.
• A proactive self-starter who is willing to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of tasks.
• Must be legally able to work in the specified region of the job.
