Location: Fully remote within the U.S.

Salary: $149,200–$200,000/yr

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales leaders and representatives.
  • Establish individual sales goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Track sales performance and generate reports using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management.
  • Experience with major account payroll, HR, time, and attendance solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in a virtual environment.
  • Must be available five days per week during designated work hours.

  • Prior experience in Mergers & Acquisitions.
