Salary: $100,000–$110,000 USD base pay, with a target total compensation of $110,000–$220,000 a year including commission.

What you will do
- Become an expert on hirify.global solutions to identify, uncover, and develop new account opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle, including identifying revenue growth, establishing relationships, and complex negotiation.
- Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional offerings to maximize customer value.
- Drive net new business and increase net new logos through prospecting activities.
- Leverage and coordinate internal teams (Legal, Engineering, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Support) to navigate sales cycles.
- Demonstrate solutions, tailor messages for buyers, and provide market feedback to Development and Product Management.
Requirements
- Direct experience working with prospects and customers on professional services and support.
- Experience working with large system integrators and partners, and with Open Source clients.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevOps or Agile Development practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience in using CRMs and entering timely data and records.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
