Focus on leading technical discovery, design, onboarding, and enablement, while shaping product feedback and roadmap priorities internally.

Location: United States (Remote). Must be located in an EST Timezone.

Compensation: $139,000 - $167,000 OTE

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Grafana customers.
• Design and guide customers through their observability maturity journey.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and guidance to drive product adoption and ensure client success.
• Advise clients on best practices and strategies, collaborating on technical roadmaps.
• Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and shaping product feedback.
• Conduct training, develop technical documentation, and present reports on client metrics.

Requirements

• Located in an EST Timezone.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math or equivalent experience.
• Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
• 2+ years in technical support, technical account management, consulting, SE or Professional Services in technology.
• Strong understanding of observability solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki a plus).
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients (up to 25%).
• First class written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of technical sales, TAM or post-sales technical experience, ideally with open source or observability.
• Skilled at connecting product usage to value (ROI) and managing customer lifecycle.
• Creative in solving customer adoption challenges.
