What you will do

• Build new partner and technology integrations, use cases, and automation capabilities with customers.
• Share content and best practices both internally and externally.
• Onboard new customers and work with existing customers to drive their success.
• Design and implement production-ready streaming architectures to solve customer business problems.
• Partner with hirify.global product management, engineering, and support teams to solve customer challenges.
• Identify and resolve technical barriers to production readiness, performance optimization, and expanded use cases.

Requirements

• 7+ years of prior experience in a customer-facing role working hands-on with distributed systems technologies (e.g., Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, Cassandra).
• Experience with creating blog content and/or documentation on production use cases.
• Outstanding consulting skills, able to context switch between internal teams and customers.
• Comfortable developing/prototyping solutions in Java, Python, Go, and Javascript.
• Good understanding of security technology (TLS, SASL, Kerberos, OAuth, OIDC).
• Knowledge of different cloud vendors (AWS, GCP, and Azure).
• Understanding of high availability and disaster recovery fundamentals.
• Flexibility to travel up to 25% to meet customers, attend events or conferences.
