Salary: $137,200 - $206,500 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Understand customer business drivers and decision-making processes.
• Connect technology solutions, including hirify.global portfolio, to measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with sales teams and channel partners to drive revenue growth and new business.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise on storage products and distributed storage architectures.
• Lead evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations.
• Deliver technical product and architecture presentations and translate customer business needs into innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Pre-sales experience is required with 5 or more years of relevant experience, mixed among technology, design, and communications.
• Deep understanding of the architecture, design, and implementation of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions.
• Superior knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN).
• Previous experience with Linux, NFS file systems, and Linux distributed network environments.
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation to a Cloud Native architecture, On-Prem, Public Cloud, Provisioning Automation, and Containers.
• Knowledge of VMware, Local Area Networking, Ethernet, and TCP/IP.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern web architecture (LAMP stack, AWS well-architected framework, microservices architecture).
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, containers, and k8s.
• Curiosity and passion around technology and explaining new technology platforms to customers.
• Familiarity with storage-intensive applications and structured databases (SQL, Oracle).
