Location: Boston, Massachusetts; hybrid schedule

Compensation: $150,000-$175,000

What you will do

  • Lead strategic client engagements and senior-level customer relationships.
  • Drive consistent, high-quality execution across multiple concurrent customer engagements.
  • Guide customers through ongoing adoption, change, and ensure long-term value realization.
  • Identify and support account expansion opportunities.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Client Operations processes and delivery standards.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable input for Product, Engineering, and Quality teams.

Requirements

  • Experience working with complex enterprise customers in regulated or high-stakes environments.
  • Experience owning post-go-live customer outcomes, including adoption and value realization.
  • Comfort working across software platforms, product development lifecycles, and customer operations.
  • Ability to lead senior customer relationships and navigate competing priorities.
  • Strong communication across executive, technical, and cross-functional audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Experience in customer success, professional services, or product operations in B2B SaaS.
  • Background in quality, regulatory affairs, or systems engineering.
  • Familiarity with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
  • Experience in high-growth, mission-driven startup environments.
