What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical expert on the hirify.global Platform and a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Drive customer adoption through effective onboarding, training, and designing customized use cases.
  • Proactively ensure customers realize full value and maximize ROI, leading ongoing engagement and expansion.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles, troubleshooting technical issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Advocate for customer feedback to influence hirify.global's roadmap and product development.
  • Monitor customer well-being, develop joint success plans, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.

Requirements

  • 12 years experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and hands-on experience with cloud environments.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with data technologies and cloud technologies, including databases, cloud infrastructure, and IAM.
  • Demonstrated expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management.
  • Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role within a software company.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer relations, and communication skills, capable of leading executive and technical meetings.
