What you will do

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle for AI security.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and address technical questions in early customer engagements.
  • Support customers during proof-of-concept projects, ensuring they realize measurable value.
  • Document innovative customer use cases and contribute to technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with a global team in a remote-first environment, flexing outside standard working hours as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI/LLMs, foundation models, training methods, and RAG application architectures.
  • Deep understanding of AI Security, including prompt injection, sensitive information disclosure, and OWASP Top 10 for LLMs/MITRE ATLAS frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm, Docker), and secret management.
  • Ability to build scripts and integrations with REST APIs in at least one supported language (Python, Node.js, or others).
  • Skilled at conveying complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and conducting product demonstrations.

Nice to have

  • Background in sales engineering, professional services, or technical support.
  • Experience with log management, SIEM, and EDR.
  • Familiarity with common sales processes such as MEDDPICC or Challenger Selling.
