TL;DR

Customer Engineer (AI): Leading onboarding and technical enablement for new enterprise customers on the LangSmith platform, guiding them through initial setup and best practices for building with the hirify.global ecosystem. Focus on developing scalable enablement frameworks, delivering interactive training, and synthesizing user feedback to inform the product roadmap for cutting-edge AI technology.

Location: Remote (US only), with preference for San Francisco or New York. Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Salary: $160,000–$180,000

What you will do

  • Lead onboarding engagements for new enterprise customers, guiding them through initial setup on the LangSmith platform.
  • Create and deliver live, interactive training workshops for foundational product knowledge and agent engineering best practices.
  • Develop scalable enablement frameworks, including technical tutorials, best-practice guides, and reference implementations.
  • Act as the voice of the new user, synthesizing feedback to inform the product roadmap in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
  • Partner with Sales, Deployed Engineering, and Professional Services to define enablement strategies and demonstrate hirify.global's value.
  • Stay at the forefront of agent engineering to incorporate evolving trends into customer enablement materials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Enablement, Customer Success Engineer, or Developer Advocate.
  • Proven software engineering experience with 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications or agents.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and a deep, practical understanding of the modern AI/LLM stack.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver high-quality technical training programs and documentation.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Capacity to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of time for customer engagements.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience building and deploying applications using hirify.global, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
  • Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript in addition to Python.
