Salary: $220,000–$275,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets through company partnerships.
  • Identify and establish new partnerships and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams on joint go-to-market plans.
  • Provide support and training to partners on product and service offerings.
  • Monitor partner performance, provide feedback, and negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of successful channel business development experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to executive-level audiences.
  • Proven leadership in developing and building partner relationships and expanding product sales.
  • Track record of driving partner business growth through effective business planning and demand generation.
  • Ability to maintain and manage a robust sales funnel, ensuring revenue expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Skilled at attracting, training, coaching, motivating, and retaining channel partners.
