What you will do

• Collaborate with leadership to develop global partner strategy and resource plans.
• Develop and lead strategic projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the partner organization.
• Own partner performance dashboards, analytics, and lead conflict management in internal tools (SFDC, ACE).
• Partner with enablement teams to build scaled partner enablement infrastructure and certify partners.
• Identify and establish key relationships with partner companies and drive partnership initiatives and pipeline generation.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in consulting, go-to-market, and partnership roles.
• 2+ years of external client-facing work experience.
• Experience developing and executing integrated GTM strategies to unlock growth.
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, enterprise technology, and GTM strategies.
• Superior critical thinking, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Ability to engage with executive senior leadership constructively.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, technical, product, and management teams.
• Strong sense of ownership, self-motivated, and self-directed.
