What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for hirify.global’s logged-out web experience.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Growth, SEO, and Media teams to translate business and acquisition goals into high-impact product initiatives.
• Lead discovery and delivery with a dedicated engineering team, shipping continuously and iterating based on data.
• Optimize key user journeys across homepage, marketing pages, and content surfaces to drive user registrations, subscriptions, and business leads.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and prioritize work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in fast-paced consumer products.
• Proven track record of delivering quantifiable impact, such as conversion uplift, revenue growth, traffic gains, engagement improvements, SEO wins, and experimentation results.
• Experience building and scaling consumer-facing products (ed-tech, e-commerce, marketplaces, or large-scale web products) and/or Product-Led Growth (PLG) B2B products.
• Proven experience working closely with Marketing and/or Growth teams.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers, funnels, clickstream data, and experiments to drive decisions.
• Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate trade-offs, insights, and outcomes.
