What you will do

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for hirify.global’s logged-out web experience.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Growth, SEO, and Media teams to translate business and acquisition goals into high-impact product initiatives.
  • Lead discovery and delivery with a dedicated engineering team, shipping continuously and iterating based on data.
  • Optimize key user journeys across homepage, marketing pages, and content surfaces to drive user registrations, subscriptions, and business leads.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data (clickstream, funnels, experiments, user research) to inform decisions and prioritize work.
  • Manage and align a large and diverse set of stakeholders, balancing competing priorities while maintaining momentum.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in fast-paced consumer products.
  • Proven track record of delivering quantifiable impact through initiatives that resulted in clear, measurable outcomes (e.g., conversion uplift, revenue growth).
  • Experience building and scaling consumer-facing products (ed-tech, e-commerce, marketplaces) and/or Product-Led Growth B2B products.
  • Proven experience working closely with Marketing and/or Growth teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers, funnels, clickstream data, and experiments.
  • A hands-on mindset, enjoying being close to the details and shipping fast and frequently.
  • Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate trade-offs, insights, and outcomes.
