TL;DR

Associate Academy Content Consultant: Support the design and development of educational content for hirify.global users, including e-learning modules, training materials, and quizzes with an accent on instructional design principles and learning objectives. Focus on collaborating with subject matter experts, contributing to product adoption initiatives, and maintaining learning journeys.

Location: Work from anywhere in Slovakia or the Czech Republic, offices available in Bratislava, Brno, or Prague.

Salary: 1 800€ gross per month plus additional benefits.

What you will do

• Support design and development of learning experiences like e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, quizzes, and resources under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather content and define learning objectives.
• Apply foundational instructional design principles and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to cross-departmental efforts for product adoption and knowledge sharing.
• Assist with portfolio initiatives including modularization and learning journey development.
• Maintain courses, flag improvements, and execute updates as directed.
