hirify.global is a staffing firm looking for an IT Business Analyst for a client in Detroit, MI.

What you will do

• Assist ITS Manager with Sourcing Excellence initiatives and vendor management.
• Gather and solve ITS requirements.
• Create process maps, Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), and Job Aids.
• Work with IT Vendor partners for software and hardware renewals, and new contracts.
• Assist in creating performance metrics of IT vendors and governance.

Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of IT Vendor Management, Procurement Concepts, and Managed Services.
• Ability to understand ITS Managed Services Contracts and negotiate.
• Proven ability to work with business partners to identify, document, and articulate business requirements.
• Experience using SAP (or any other Supply Chain ERP).
• Experience with ServiceNow (or any other ITSM Tool).
• Strong background of Microsoft Productivity Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Undergraduate IT degree.
• 10 years of experience in an IT Procurement capacity or IT Business Analyst role.
• Knowledge of Managed Services contracts.
• Experience in Hardware and Software license management & IT audits.
• Familiarity with IT Asset Management Tools.
