What you will do

• Lead business analysis activities across the full SDLC, from discovery to post-release support.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support solution design by validating alignment with business goals, technical constraints, and architectural standards.
• Lead complex requirements elicitation and document using appropriate artefacts such as BRDs, FRDs, and process diagrams.
• Analyze end-to-end business and system processes to design future-state improvements in efficiency and scalability.
• Facilitate complex discussions and bridge communication between business leaders, product managers, and IT leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or product ownership.
• Extensive experience as an IT Business Analyst at an advanced or expert level.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and application development fundamentals.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and traditional delivery models.
• Solid understanding of APIs, data, integrations, and system architecture concepts.
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments (energy, finance, or technology preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Technical literacy to collaborate effectively with engineering and architecture teams.
• Prior consulting experience (preferred for contract engagements).
