What you will do
- Act as a servant-leader for an Agile team, coaching them to adopt and implement the Agile Scrum framework.
- Help the product owner with product delivery timelines, backlog management, and risk identification.
- Facilitate Scrum events, including daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review/demo, retrospective, and program increment planning.
- Improve communication between program teams, fostering trust and understanding of progress.
- Lead process development to create and improve program operations documentation.
- Analyze stakeholder requirements and create requirements documents, decomposing them into concise and testable user stories with definition of done and acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of experience (or commensurate experience).
- 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
- Certified Scrum Master with 3+ years of in-role experience.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency configuring and using Atlassian Jira boards and dashboards.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
Nice to have
- SAFe certified.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, release and change management, and DevSecOps.
- Understanding of AWS GovCloud infrastructure, data flows, and integrations.
