What you will do
- Maintain working knowledge of core hirify.global business and assigned Enterprise systems, including Salesforce, Oracle, and ServiceNow.
- Work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams to leverage understanding of existing systems and processes.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for implementation by engineering teams.
- Develop and own the refining and prioritizing of user stories in the product backlog.
- Act as an initial technical point of contact to assess and triage customer-reported issues.
- Lead the intake process by reviewing, translating requirements, and analyzing impact on overall systems and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst or software development role.
- Experience gathering inputs and synthesizing into business outcomes.
- Ability to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient working with cross-functional teams and driving change.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently complete time-sensitive tasks.
Nice to have
- BA/BS in Business Administration or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Jira or similar project management software.
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce.com, Oracle, and ServiceNow platforms.
- Working knowledge of middleware integrations.
