TL;DR

Regional Vice President, Employer Sales (Healthcare): Driving new business and owning a regional territory within the enterprise employer market with an accent on full-cycle sales, from prospecting to negotiation and close. Focus on building robust pipelines, engaging senior stakeholders, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure client success.

Location: Remote, based in the West region of the United States.

Salary: $165,000–$185,000 base + commission

What you will do

  • Own your territory and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting large self-insured employers.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of employer prospects through direct outreach, partnerships, and consultant/broker relationships.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, and proposal development to negotiation and close.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across Benefits, HR, Finance, and Total Rewards to position hirify.global’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Legal for smooth handoffs and long-term client success.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events, conferences, and broker forums to build brand awareness and credibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling healthcare, digital health, or benefits solutions to enterprise employers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the employer benefits ecosystem, including brokers, partnerships, and consulting channels.
  • Consultative, strategic seller with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, high-growth environment, thriving with autonomy and ambiguity.
  • Mission-driven and motivated by the opportunity to improve imaging access, affordability, and experience.
