Location: Remote, based in the West region of the United States.
Salary: $165,000–$185,000 base + commission

What you will do
- Own your territory and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting large self-insured employers.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of employer prospects through direct outreach, partnerships, and consultant/broker relationships.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, and proposal development to negotiation and close.
- Engage senior stakeholders across Benefits, HR, Finance, and Total Rewards to position ’s value proposition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Legal for smooth handoffs and long-term client success.
- Represent at industry events, conferences, and broker forums to build brand awareness and credibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling healthcare, digital health, or benefits solutions to enterprise employers.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the employer benefits ecosystem, including brokers, partnerships, and consulting channels.
- Consultative, strategic seller with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage, high-growth environment, thriving with autonomy and ambiguity.
