Salary: $97,900–$130,572 plus commission

What you will do

  • Establish business plans for large, complex accounts to achieve annual quotas.
  • Develop and implement strategies for selling hirify.global solutions in the C-suite.
  • Validate prospects’ needs through discovery and develop ROI that solves business problems.
  • Conduct Strategic Business Reviews to expand product usage and identify additional problems.
  • Build pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, and networking for new opportunities.
  • Collaborate internally with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Support to drive customer value.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience with at least 5 years selling complex technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, complex strategic accounts and exceeding annual sales quotas.
  • Ability to articulate and sell a complete solution versus specific product features.
  • Experience building a pipeline and qualifying/identifying deals for completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Previous ERP sales and/or healthcare supply chain sales experience.
  • Experience with various ERP systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and CRM applications.
