What you will do

  • Engage with new and existing users to drive hirify.global product and service adoption within a specified territory.
  • Proactively manage sales opportunities and resources with dedicated and virtual teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales campaigns with multiple engagement points across Development and IT Operations.
  • Align hirify.global solutions to customer business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Evangelize the company and product vision to secure strategic commercial commitments.
  • Build a robust pipeline for revenue and new logos within target accounts and accurately forecast business quarterly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Open Source software and SaaS business models.
  • Minimum proficiency in Cloud and Infrastructure software.
  • Significant enterprise sales and customer development experience in a pure acquisition/"hunter" sales role.
  • Proven track record in closing enterprise and mid-market deals.
  • Ability to create and execute quarterly and annual business plans.
  • Good executive presence, communication skills, and credibility.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals.

Nice to have

  • Startup or pre-IPO experience.
  • Experience selling Agentic AI solutions.
  • MEDDIC and/or COM training.
