Senior Solutions Architect (AI): Partnering with the Commercial Sales team to drive revenue growth through customer success by helping customers expand their use of hirify.global. Focus on building demos and proof-of-concepts showcasing how hirify.global solves customer problems, including orchestration of AI and agentic workloads.

Location: Must reside in San Francisco, CA. Remote opportunity within the United States.

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify new opportunities and expand production usage with existing customers.
• Lead technical conversations with developers, architects, and engineering leaders.
• Build tailored demos and proof-of-concepts that showcase how hirify.global solves specific customer problems.
• Deliver enablement sessions that help customer engineering teams adopt hirify.global effectively.
• Enable the Commercial Sales team by educating AEs on hirify.global fundamentals and opportunity qualification.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Developer Success to surface field insights.

Requirements

• Strong development background with hands-on coding experience in at least one modern language (Go, Java, TypeScript, or Python).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems (reliability, observability, and fault tolerance).
• Proven experience in a pre-sales, customer-facing engineering, or solutions architecture role.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
• Enthusiasm for AI/ML technologies and eagerness to learn about emerging use cases.
• Strong technical communication skills and ability to lead conversations with senior engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow engines, event-driven architectures, or orchestration technologies.
• Background articulating the value of commercial SaaS offerings that compete with open source alternatives.
• Contributions to developer tooling, open source projects, or technical content.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to serve as a technical bridge between customers and internal teams.
• Certifications with any of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or foundational AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google).
