What you will do
- Build and develop strategic channel partnerships and relationships.
- Drive relationships with and between ecosystem partners and hirify.global at all levels.
- Coach the sales team on how to engage ecosystem partners and connect sellers with partners at an account and opportunity level.
- Facilitate marketing's connection with ecosystem partners for trifecta campaigns.
- Complete joint business plans and run monthly and quarterly business reviews with focus ecosystem partners.
- Lead joint account mapping with partners and leverage account mapping tools.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience of partner management in software security.
- Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of partner ecosystem in the territory.
- Demonstrated ability to establish lasting business relationships.
- Experience in strategic joint business planning with partners.
- Track record of meeting and/or exceeding revenue objectives.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with existing or potential hirify.global partners.
- Experience in analyzing performance to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Partner Relationship Management systems, and report building.
