What you will do

• Own Quick Commerce growth performance across markets, accountable for MAU % and Trials.
• Monitor weekly economic performance and identify cost or incentive inefficiencies.
• Define and enforce incentive standards across Quick Commerce for scalable, sustainable growth.
• Partner with local growth and commercial teams on incentive strategy and execution.
• Produce clear, decision-ready performance reporting and economic narratives for senior leadership.
• Run deep dive analyses on major growth or cost deviations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, finance, growth, or tech-enabled businesses.
• Strong analytical foundation with comfort working on P&L, ROI, and economic trade-offs.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong prioritization skills and bias toward action, and ROI-first mindset.
• Clear, structured communicator with strong business judgment.
• High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.
