What you will do
- Design, run, and evolve the growth strategy spanning acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Launch and scale experiments across paid, organic, referral, and product channels.
- Perform hands-on tasks including writing copy, launching ads, testing landing pages, and tweaking onboarding flows.
- Identify new channels, loops, and creative bets to unlock step-changes in user growth.
- Collaborate deeply with product, design, and engineering to integrate growth into the product experience.
- Track key metrics like CAC, retention, LTV, and virality, focusing on learning velocity and compounding results.
Requirements
- 8+ years in growth marketing, with experience as a founder or at an early-stage, high-growth consumer startup.
- Generalist with experience across acquisition, lifecycle, and product-led growth.
- Comfortable getting scrappy: able to test, learn, talk to users, and build without waiting for extensive process or polish.
- Analytical and creative, able to transition from SQL to campaign copy and Figma mocks.
- Excited by ambiguity and speed in a fast-paced environment.
- Expected to work from the office 3 days a week in San Francisco, CA or one of the hirify.global hub locations (Denver, CO, Nashville, TN, or Santiago, Chile).
