What you will do

• Communicate with stakeholders and resolve client issues through the support team and other departments.
• Drive the automation of routine tasks such as version updates, patch management, monitoring, and testing.
• Design and maintain automated test suites.
• Be a part of the release management processes.
• Build working processes and workflows within the team.
• Be responsible for Agile (Scrum) delivery and Jira workflow management.

Requirements

• Team management experience: 3+ years.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and applying automation.
• Experience working with GNU/Linux operating systems and shell scripting: 3+ years.
• Experience with Python: at least 1 year.
• Experience working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.).
• Experience with Agile practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• English: Upper-intermediate+ (B2).

Nice to have

• Understanding of RPM or DEB package build systems (e.g., mock, pbuilder).
• Experience using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, or similar.
• Experience with C programming.
