What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and support a small, distributed engineering team.
  • Act as a hands-on Team Lead with a strong focus on frontend development using React.
  • Drive improvements in testability and automated testing across the system.
  • Contribute to and help finalize the WebPros Dashboard integration.
  • Drive security best practices across frontend and backend development.

Requirements

  • Strong, hands-on experience with React.
  • Experience in a Team Lead or Senior Engineer role with leadership responsibilities.
  • Interest in or experience with PHP backend systems.
  • Solid understanding of test strategies and testable frontend architectures.
  • Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first setup within Europe

Nice to have

  • Experience with monitoring, infrastructure, or server-related products.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and modern development workflows.
  • Experience working on established, production-critical systems.
