What you will do

• Lead and develop an engineering team focused on the hirify.global browser extension and web clients.
• Drive initiatives to continuously improve the quality, reliability, and performance of web applications.
• Be accountable for team performance, delivery, work prioritization, and technical risk management.
• Proactively identify technical and organizational opportunities for improvement.
• Attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent, providing regular coaching and mentorship.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and project leaders to ensure strong alignment and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing engineering teams with a strong people-first mindset.
• Proven success delivering high-volume, customer-facing products and acting on user feedback.
• Solid technical background, with preferred experience in web and browser extension development.
• Strong understanding of agile engineering practices and the ability to maintain delivery flow.
• Experience with operational excellence, including observability, monitoring, and incident response.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience leading teams across multiple time zones and cultures.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in software development with exposure to modern web technologies.
• Experience leading or contributing to complex, multi-team initiatives.
• An analytical mindset, with experience using KPIs, OKRs, and data-driven insights.
