- Support, lead, and coach a small but highly talented cross-functional team.

- Guide wider-scale improvements to the platform.
Requirements
- Experienced Lead Developer with strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, and JS.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP).
- Experience building and working within distributed systems.
- Passionate advocate for best practices and continuous improvement.
- Experience building and operating production systems at scale.
- Strong empathy, communication, and collaboration skills.
