Location: This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: $248,000 - $316,000

What you will do

• Set long-term technical strategy for the Infrastructure Group along with other Group Engineering Leads.
• Design, scope, and implement large systems that are focused on large enterprise customer needs.
• Work closely with teams across hirify.global to ship leveraged features.
• Coordinate and execute high-level initiatives such as FedRAMP.
• Plan and execute large projects that require involvement from multiple engineering teams.
• Gain experience as a cross functional engineering leader.

Requirements

• 6+ years working in large codebases.
• Experience leading complex projects along with other engineering leaders.
• Ability to onboard quickly onto various systems, and support cross-functional work.
• Demonstrated experience working with cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Ability to supporting large scale enterprise systems at scale.
• CI/CD, Datadog, etc.
