Salary: SEK 1,119,000 - SEK 1,343,000 OTE

What you will do

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate the overall Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy.
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
• Work to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, and create other enablement material.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills for complex assignments.
• First-class written and oral communication skills.
• Technical mindset and a desire to grow technically.
• Must be located in Sweden.

Nice to have

• Experience with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Experience with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC.
