What you will do

  • Convert prospects into successful customers through in-person sales methods like door-to-door, cold calling, and presentations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including identifying leads, meeting clients, creating value propositions, structuring financial deals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Visit customers regularly to identify their business challenges and pain points.
  • Successfully run in-person demonstrations of the retail product.
  • Analyze, report, and take action on pipeline metrics to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Create new business through network events.

Requirements

  • Relevant sales experience in a field and outbound environment, preferably in solution-sales or technology.
  • Strong understanding of sales development best practices.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • An entrepreneurial and agile mindset with a bias toward action.
