What you will do
- Convert prospects into successful customers through in-person sales methods like door-to-door, cold calling, and presentations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including identifying leads, meeting clients, creating value propositions, structuring financial deals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Visit customers regularly to identify their business challenges and pain points.
- Successfully run in-person demonstrations of the retail product.
- Analyze, report, and take action on pipeline metrics to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Create new business through network events.
Requirements
- Relevant sales experience in a field and outbound environment, preferably in solution-sales or technology.
- Strong understanding of sales development best practices.
- Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.
- Fluency in French and English.
- An entrepreneurial and agile mindset with a bias toward action.
