What you will do

• Identify and onboard Tier-1 prospects in Defence and Aerospace sectors.
• Architect and sell complex FX hedging, cash management, and trade finance solutions.
• Build and leverage C-suite relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors.
• Act as the internal "Defense Expert" for product feedback to ensure roadmap relevance.
• Maintain a rigorous sales pipeline via Salesforce and ensure data-driven relationship management.

Requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding quotas in FX or broader FinTech/Banking space.
• Deep understanding of the Defence industry and its financial cycles.
• Master negotiator capable of articulating complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead by example, fostering a competitive yet collaborative sales environment.
• Fluent English is required (a second language is a bonus).
