What you will do
- Identify, prospect, and sign new industrial clients in Belgium, managing the entire sales cycle.
- Represent hirify.global at industry events and workshops.
- Build long-term relationships with strategic clients and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
- Maintain client proximity through regular touchpoints and on-site visits.
- Keep a clear and reliable pipeline in the CRM.
- Be the voice of the client internally, sharing feedback and opportunities with product, portfolio, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Significant experience (5 years or more) in industrial, energy, utilities, or infrastructure environments.
- Proven experience in complex B2B sales.
- Ability to understand technical challenges and translate them into business value.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex sales cycles.
- Fluent in French or Dutch - English.
- Results- and solution-oriented mindset with autonomy and a sense of responsibility.
