What you will do
- Support the Manager in mentoring, motivating, and coaching the field sales team.
- Assist in analyzing, reporting, and acting on pipeline metrics to maximize team performance.
- Collaborate internally with partnerships, inbound, implementation, and marketing teams.
- Drive performance to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Act as a foundational leader in Lyon, establishing team culture and local market presence.
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding new team members for the growing Lyon team.
Requirements
- Experience coaching or leading a team.
- Sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in fintech or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of sales best practices and proven closing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.
- Quantitative approach to decision-making and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passion for coaching and helping team members evolve in their sales careers.
Nice to have
- Experience working in the hospitality industry.
