What you will do

  • Manage and develop a team of Sales Engineers focused on AI security solutions.
  • Ensure effective technical field sales coverage and engage with leadership for strategic planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and drive customer/partner meetings through solution selling.
  • Provide technical guidance on complex issues and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
  • Support customers during proof-of-concept projects to ensure measurable value.
  • Document innovative use cases and contribute to technical documentation in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with enterprise software solutions and demonstrable interest in AI & LLM knowledge (foundation models, training, fine-tuning, RAG, agents).
  • Deep understanding of AI Security knowledge, including Prompt injection, PII Leakage, Data & model poisoning, and MITRE ATLAS frameworks.
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting or sales engineering roles, particularly in security incident response.
  • 2+ years of direct management or leadership experience of a technical team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing remote employees.
  • Experience with log management, SIEM, and EDR.
  • Participation in common sales processes like MEDDPICC or Challenger Selling.
