Senior Customer Success Associate (AI): Supporting and growing client engagements within the UK public sector and NATO by driving product adoption, retention, and satisfaction with an accent on detailed record-keeping, scalable processes, and customer advocacy. What you will do
- Become an expert on hirify.global’s First Alert platform and public information use cases for the public sector.
- Understand customer mission sets to design and implement programs integrating hirify.global into their workflows.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a thought partner.
- Conduct quarterly customer reviews to ensure service quality, identify growth opportunities, and drive product adoption.
- Serve as a customer advocate, collecting feedback and presenting product recommendations for development.
- Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and value delivery.
Requirements
- Experience working with or in the UK public sector and NATO.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, plus 0-3 years of client-facing or product experience, ideally in the public sector.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills and a strong focus on client experience.
- Tech-savvy approach with the ability to learn new software and CRM tools; SaaS experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
