Head of Pre-Sales Talent Domain (HR Tech): Leading and developing a high-performing Pre-Sales team across Europe to drive go-to-market strategy for Talent products with an accent on revenue performance, product positioning, and sales narrative. Focus on joining strategic demos, influencing product roadmap through customer insights, and enabling sales teams to accelerate growth.

What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing Pre-Sales team across Europe focusing on the Talent domain.
- Join and co-lead key XL demos and strategic deals, setting the bar for excellence.
- Own Talent revenue performance, tracking metrics and identifying growth actions.
- Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to influence roadmap through customer insights.
- Elevate the sales narrative to connect business challenges with measurable outcomes.
- Drive enablement initiatives like certifications and sales training across SDRs and AEs.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Product-Led Sales Leadership in B2B SaaS.
- Strong background or passion for HR Tech, Talent Management, or People Analytics.
- Track record leading distributed or multicultural teams.
- Confident presenter with experience leading enterprise or XL product demos.
- Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English (C1 equivalent); other European languages are a plus.
