What you will do
- Architect and own the go-to-market playbook, defining segmentation, messaging, and CRM workflows.
- Lead strategic Tier-1 deals from discovery to integration, securing key accounts.
- Manage, motivate, and develop the CSM team, owning their KPIs and career growth.
- Translate publisher needs into product strategy, creating a tight feedback loop with Product and Engineering.
- Define and ensure operational excellence in qualification, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting.
Requirements
- Proven track record running full-cycle enterprise sales (prospect → pitch → close) while simultaneously managing a team of 2–5 people.
- Ability to build an outbound engine from scratch, comfortable with A/B outreach, sequencing, and offer tests.
- Strong strategic communication skills to translate complex product features into quantified ROI for major game studios.
- Experience in high-stakes leadership, giving candid feedback and addressing performance early.
- Operational rigor, building systems, and strong CRM data utilization.
- Work full-time (5 days a week) from the office in Beijing.
