TL;DR

Head of Growth: Architecting and optimizing the go-to-market engine for a marketing platform focused on user acquisition for mobile game publishers with an accent on strategic partnerships and scaling outbound sales motions. Focus on building a high-accountability CSM culture, translating publisher insights into product strategy, and achieving operational excellence.

Location: Onsite in Beijing. Team is multi-geo (Berlin/China/Israel) but this role requires full-time office presence.

Salary: €110,000–€120,000

What you will do

  • Architect and own the go-to-market playbook, defining segmentation, messaging, and CRM workflows.
  • Lead strategic Tier-1 deals from discovery to integration, securing key accounts.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop the CSM team, owning their KPIs and career growth.
  • Translate publisher needs into product strategy, creating a tight feedback loop with Product and Engineering.
  • Define and ensure operational excellence in qualification, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Proven track record running full-cycle enterprise sales (prospect → pitch → close) while simultaneously managing a team of 2–5 people.
  • Ability to build an outbound engine from scratch, comfortable with A/B outreach, sequencing, and offer tests.
  • Strong strategic communication skills to translate complex product features into quantified ROI for major game studios.
  • Experience in high-stakes leadership, giving candid feedback and addressing performance early.
  • Operational rigor, building systems, and strong CRM data utilization.
  • Work full-time (5 days a week) from the office in Beijing.
