hirify.global is a global B2B marketplace for diamonds, looking for a People Operations Executive to manage its HR systems and processes.
What you will do
- Be the primary owner of HR systems including HRIS, ATS, and engagement tools.
- Manage end-to-end data administration, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.
- Drive day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
- Identify gaps in current workflows and proactively streamline or automate processes.
- Lead and support HR Ops initiatives such as system optimization, data hygiene, and SOP creation.
- Partner with payroll, finance, and HRBPs on operational execution and data-related queries.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations.
- Hands-on experience in startups or high-growth scale-ups.
- Strong Excel skills (non-negotiable) for reporting, audits, and reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience managing HRIS and ATS platforms.
- Solid understanding of HR operational processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication, strong stakeholder management.
Nice to have
- Exposure to ESOPs / equity administration.
- Experience with compensation cycles and payroll coordination.
- Basic compliance and statutory knowledge.
- Visa and immigration process exposure.
