hirify.global is a global B2B marketplace for diamonds, looking for a People Operations Executive to manage its HR systems and processes.

What you will do

  • Be the primary owner of HR systems including HRIS, ATS, and engagement tools.
  • Manage end-to-end data administration, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.
  • Drive day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
  • Identify gaps in current workflows and proactively streamline or automate processes.
  • Lead and support HR Ops initiatives such as system optimization, data hygiene, and SOP creation.
  • Partner with payroll, finance, and HRBPs on operational execution and data-related queries.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations.
  • Hands-on experience in startups or high-growth scale-ups.
  • Strong Excel skills (non-negotiable) for reporting, audits, and reconciliations.
  • Hands-on experience managing HRIS and ATS platforms.
  • Solid understanding of HR operational processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication, strong stakeholder management.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to ESOPs / equity administration.
  • Experience with compensation cycles and payroll coordination.
  • Basic compliance and statutory knowledge.
  • Visa and immigration process exposure.
