What you will do

  • Plan and execute action plans to consistently hit revenue targets.
  • Drive business autonomously and independently, while also being a team player.
  • Partner with Business Development Representatives to research prospects and create outreach strategies.
  • Perform cold-calling, video calls, and use tools like Salesforce CRM, SimilarWeb, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, and Product.
  • Engage regularly with the market through social selling activities to increase brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales roles with advanced consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of the AdTech/MarTech industry and a proven track record in technology sales.
  • Ability to pitch multiple AdTech products and create compelling, customized pitches.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Sandler, SPIN, or MEDDIC.
  • Accurate forecasting and proactive pipeline management skills.
  • Proficiency in at least one Nordic language and a high level of English are mandatory.

  • Any additional Nordic language is a plus.
