What you will do

• Build outbound pipeline across EMEA markets through strategic, high-volume prospecting and relationship-building.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial touch and discovery through demos, negotiation, and closing.
• Research target accounts deeply to understand business models, monetization strategies, and buying signals.
• Communicate the value proposition to both business and technical stakeholders, including product and engineering teams.
• Use AI tools and HubSpot for research, prioritization, and disciplined pipeline management.
• Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events across the region.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English.
• Must be based in Barcelona.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Ability to operate with urgency and ownership in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
