Account Manager (Sales): Promoting and selling hirify.global’s cybersecurity products and services to existing Mid-Market accounts with an accent on exceeding monthly sales quotas and increasing subscription levels. Focus on building strong customer relationships, articulating value propositions, and strategically negotiating multi-year deals to increase ARR.

What you will do

  • Promote and sell hirify.global’s range of products and services to exceed monthly sales targets for Mid-Market customers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential cross-sale, add-on, and upgrade opportunities.
  • Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global’s full product suite to customers.
  • Identify key decision makers and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Act strategically in offering multi-year deals and negotiating discounted pricing to increase ARR.
  • Collaborate with assigned Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Renewal Specialists.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience selling to Mid-Market-sized businesses.
  • Fluent in German.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Motivated, energetic self-starter with strong collaborative and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher education equivalent.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers.
