What you will do
- Convert qualified inbound leads into customers.
- Conduct needs analysis and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Manage and grow your own customer portfolio.
- Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities.
- Use CRM tools like HubSpot to manage leads and forecast revenue.
- Analyze data and conduct strategic conversations to deepen client relationships.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align lead generation and sales conversion.
- Report customer feedback to improve processes and offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales or Account Management, including new business acquisition and account growth (preferably in SaaS or Tech).
- Fluent German and confident English skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and structured working style.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to optimize sales activities.
- Customer-first attitude and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR tech, recruiting, or software-as-a-service.
- Additional language skills (e.g., French, Dutch, or Spanish).
- Understanding of the SMB and mid-market customer landscape in the DACH region.
